• 30+ years of civil engineering experience with airports, roadways, and interstate projects.
• 20+ years of exclusive airfield engineering design, bidding, construction administration, QA testing, and project management experience.
• First-hand experience from the consultant’s, contractor’s, and Owner’s perspectives are all combined to provide an accurate IFE.
• Thorough understanding of grading, drainage, bituminous asphalt, and Portland cement concrete design and construction challenges.
• Thorough knowledge of cost analysis and estimating procedures.
• Thorough knowledge of FAA procedures and Advisory Circulars.
• Registered Professional Engineer in multiple states.
• Certified Member (CM) of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE).
• Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers since 1988.
